Have used live in care since beginning April Very pleased with the carers that Jason has supplied Always very responsive and quick to supply cover when needed for carer holiday etc Dear Jason Just to say that we are really happy with Puna and also Gomo when she covered for her on her break, mum is so happy with both Also the feedback on Puna from other healthcare professionals and family has been incredible,even the gardener who recently did some work for us The company does care about their carers which is so important

Review for Live in Care. When you are treading water trying to employ a live in carer for a family member, I was so thankful I found - Live in Care. From the very first enquiry I made, Jason Russell was the epitomy of a professional Company owner. He was responsive, amenable, understanding, supportive and helpful throughout the process. He absolutely went out of his way to meet our very specific requirements for a live in carer. We will be eternally grateful to him and Live in Care for finding us the right person. Anyone reading this may well be in the same situation that we were in 8 months ago. Up until then we three siblings were each taking it in turns to stay with our mum for about 10 days a month and were collectively becoming more stressed with the demanding nature of the increasingly chaotic daily routine and confronted by the ever continuing deterioration in mum’s condition. Following a fall just before Christmas it was clear that we could no longer provide the level of care she needed but in conversation with mum over the previous years we knew she didn’t want to go into a care home and so it fell to me to try and arrange a live-in carer. And quite frankly, it couldn’t have been any easier. I phoned Live-in Care Direct on a Sunday, expecting to leave a message for a return call but instead got straight through to Jason who immediately and empathetically understood our situation. By Tuesday lunchtime Kelly had arrived and confidently started organizing the household to facilitate mum’s homecoming and by Wednesday evening mum was out of hospital, back home and being looked after. The contractual paperwork was straightforward and the few questions we had were answered comprehensively, making the whole arrangement totally stress-free. Eight months on I really can’t speak highly enough of the whole service and it’s such a relief to see mum cared for so well in the familiar surroundings of her own home. Kelly is a real credit to Live-in Care Direct, totally competent, kind, compassionate and professional, mum clearly loves her and so do we. Obviously it goes without saying that I thoroughly recommend Jason and his team but I’ll say it anyway and also take this opportunity to say thanks so much for the brilliant ongoing service and support, we really appreciate it.

The only reason I gave four instead of five stars was because we didn’t actually go ahead with the booking as circumstances changed here. I had been looking for respite cover as I am my husband’s carer, he has moderately advanced Alzheimer’s. All the homes I tried insisted on two weeks minimum, which was more than I could afford. The live in agencies could not supply a carer that would come to a multi dog household, even though they would be segregated and my daughter who works from home would be seeing to them. From the time I contacted Live In Care Direct, Jason pulled out all the stops to help me. He found a suitable carer, agreed to cover the 10 nights/11 days I needed and negotiated a package to suit my budget. I am so grateful to him and if our needs changed again I would definitely be back in touch. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as I found them to be truly caring, compassionate and empathetic to my plight. All the others only made noises. This one was willing to go the extra mile. And it’s cheaper than you think!

I recently requested a call to look into the current logistics for a possible live in carer for a relative. As someone who has worked in this field her who life I was very impressed by the transparency of the company and their high standard of care towards their clients. Family and the Carers. Most importantly there was no hard sell. I will be coming back to this company when it's time..
