All of our carers go through a strict vetting process. This includes the carer coming to meet the Live-in Care Direct team in our Essex based Head office.

Having invested heavily into back-end programs and secure databases with hundreds of qualified carers, we are able to offer professional, high quality Live-in care anywhere across the whole of the UK, ensuring families benefit from a sensible and low cost solution.

We interview and thoroughly screen every applicant to make sure they meet our level of standards – with only 3% making it onto the Live-in Care Direct platform.

Individual interviews, to ensure the carer is highly trained, qualified and has extensive expereience in the home care sector
