How do we assess the carers?

All of our carers go through a strict vetting process. This includes the carer coming to meet the Live-in Care Direct team in our Essex based Head office.

How do we assess the carers?

We interview and thoroughly screen every applicant to make sure they meet our level of standards – with only 3% making it onto the Live-in Care Direct platform.

Including enhanced criminal record checks and validation of right-to-work documentation

Interviews

Individual interviews, to ensure the carer is highly trained, qualified and has extensive expereience in the home care sector

Qualification Checks

Validation of training and qualifications, to ensure their skills meet industry best practice recommendations
